During the 13th Session of the Council on Human Rights of the United Nations that will be held from March 1-26, 2010, there will be presented a project to form 10 "Human Rights defenders" belonging to the Institute of the FMA (IIMA), VIDES International and BICE (International Catholic Education Office) and to present within the two side events at the United Nations from March 8-11, the good practices to foresee, re-insert, and /or re-integrate children and young people in situations at risk.

The countries of French-speaking Africa represented will be the Democratic Republic of Congo, Brazzaville, Benin, Madagascar, the Ivory Coast, Mali and Togo.
The two side events will be sponsored by the High Commission of Human Rights and the international Organization of French-speakers.
